HOME   Alt keycodes

Some laptop or netbook computers have a "hidden" numeric keypad similar to that shown in green below. (Note that starting in about 2010, some laptops have a keypad to the right of the keyboard.) The yellow underlines show the / * - + . symbols. The red underlines show the numbers. The NumLock key may be in different locations on different computers, but is likely to be somewhat similar to the yellow rectangle. With NumLock on, the alt keycode method can be used.
